Metalectic Ichor is a powerful substance composed of individual nanites, each containing and controlling a micro-singularity at its core. Ichor is by its nature an intelligent hivemind capable of self determined action, it can however be controlled by various means.
Ichor comes in three grades, Beta Ichor which has the lowest intelligence and is the easiest to control and manipulate, Delat Ichor which can easily operate autonomously but is bound to obey commands from a controller, and Gamma Ichor which is a free agent unable to be controlled, Gamma type Ichors are highly dangerous and banned by most societies, including most of the Queldari civilizations.
